Total Domination Test Week

This is the Total Domination Test Week.   It consists of five days of tests, which give us a clearer picture of your current fitness level.  This ensures that your program targets your specific needs.   Email the results to us in whatever manner is convenient for you: one day at a time, everything upon completion, or any other way is fine, too.  Send your results, along with any questions, to  Feel free to email anytime.   Good luck and happy training!
