Total Domination Test Week
Welcome to Total Domination. The program starts with a test week, to give us a sense of your current fitness level. In addition to that, we'd appreciate if you let us know what kind of equipment you've got. The program was designed for the basics, but if you've got access to stones, sandbags, giant tires, farmer's carry handles and that sort of thing, we can throw those in, too.
We use the results of the test week to ensure that your program targets your specific needs. Email the results to us in whatever manner is convenient for you: one day at a time, everything upon completion, or any other way is fine, too.
